How to Order

  1. Our online store is a blended store that accepts both WHOLESALE/B2B (business-to-business) and DTC/B2C (general sales) orders; to order at WHOLESALE prices, you must log in/sign in as a Wholesale customer at each session. Please be aware that the system sign/log you out after 24 hours of no activity.
  2. If you want to verify that you are signed in as a Wholesale customer, click on the face icon in the menu and verify that "Account Details" appears, or check to see if the menu shows your name and "Signed Out." You will see "Sign in" if you are not signed in.
  3. Wholesale customers can order at a 40% discount off the standard retail price. (Discount rates may vary by contract)
  4. Please note that prices in other currencies are displayed for your guide only, and the final payment will be in Japanese yen.
  5. Payment methods are: Shopify Payment, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Bank Transfer including remittance method such as Wise. A) If you wish to make a one-time payment for in-stock items only, please click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the checkout page to make your payment. B) Please click the "Proceed to Draft Order" button for the following.
    • You wish to pay by bank transfer (or Wise)
    • Advance order for the season
    If you choose B), please inform our staff that you have placed a draft order.
  6. A minimum payment of half of the order's total amount is required at the time of an order, and the balance is due within 30 days of the invoice date. You can choose to pay in full by clicking "Checkout." 
  7. If you have questions about your order, please proceed to Draft Order. This will leave a draft of your order in our system. Please inform us, and we can discuss and change the number of items based on the draft and complete your order.
  8. The minimum amount per WHOLESALE order is ¥100,000 for the total standard retail price of the item(s). If you wish to order only items that are in stock and are less than the minimum amount, we ask that you pay in full.

Notice of year-end and New Year holidays


We will be closed from December 27, 2024 (Fri.) to January 4, 2025 (Sat) for delivery service and inquiry support.

• Orders received by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, will be shipped by the end of the year.

• Orders received after 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, will be shipped sequentially from Saturday, January 5.

* Even if your order is placed by 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 25, we may not be able to ship by the end of the year due to order congestion.

* Due to the expected increase in package handling volume around the New Year's, there may be delays in the delivery of products.
